Please join us for our September virtual meeting. Kizzie Davis will present on Mentorship.
Kizzie is currently an UW Operations Manager at Lemonade & has been in the insurance industry since 2010. Before coming over to insurance, she was a NCO in the US Army. She has won awards with Toastmaster, and recently obtained her executive MBA from Texas A&M. In addition, she is also a STW Krav Maga Instructor and DC Women's Self Defense Instructor. She is part of the Lemonade Board and is also a DEI champion. She recently established the UW Mentorship Team while she was at USAA before moving over to Lemonade.
